Services
Initial Evaluation $185 / 60 minutes
Includes a thorough history and comprehensive orthopedic and pelvic assessment. Findings and a treatment plan are discussed, and education and home exercises are provided.
Follow-Up Appointments $160 / 60 minutes
Includes an hour to assess progress toward your goals and provide manual intervention needed to manage your pain or symptoms. Continued education on symptom management as well as exercise progressions will be provided.
Why is The Pelvic Place KC out-of-network with insurance?
This keeps insurance from dictating your plan of care. For some people, a few visits are all you need to start feeling better and make progress toward your goals. One-on-one targeted care may save you time and money as compared to an in-network provider. For others with chronic pelvic conditions, this allows you to spread your visits out over a longer period of time without insurance stipulations.
With our pay-as-you-go model, you always know how much your visit costs, with no surprise bills months later. We take HSA/FSA cards and will provide a Superbill upon request.
